WHAT IS A COURSE KEY, AND HOW DO I GET ONE FOR MY BUILDING?
A Course Key is the initial "password" needed to access an Online Training Course. Once entered, the system remembers you as an approved Course Student. The Course Key is only required one time at the initial enrollment sequence.
You can obtain a Course Key in three ways:
- From your Property Manager, on the document provided to you.
- From an email sent to you after confirming your email address. This may be a delayed email, so it is suggested you reference the document provided by your Property Manager, which contains the Course Key.
- Contact the CROKER SUPPORT CENTER and request assistance.

NOTE: The Course Key can only be used to access the Building's Course for which you signed up for. You cannot access any other Building's Course unless you have completed the steps above and have the Course Key for that respective Building.
