The CROKER SUPPORT CENTER has been designed to assist Property Managers, Property Staff along with Tenant's Wardens, Deputy Wardens and Searchers with enrollment and access to Online Training and the Croker All Hazards Mobile Apps.
At the core of the SUPPORT CENTER are the Frequent Questions, which are categorized into two main interest areas:
- ONLINE EAP TRAINING COURSES
- ALL HAZARDS MOBILE APPS
The topic areas are accessed using the menu to the right. When opened, there will be a display of Frequent Questions. Open the question that most describes the issue being experienced, or the information/topic required.
If the solutions to questions are not found there, a Support Ticket may be created. Property Managers may login with the username/password which was emailed in the Property Manager Executive Briefing document.
