ACCESS YOUR EAP ROLE ACTIONS

The main feature of the Croker Mobile App is the Incident Actions, which have been identified and defined based on your assigned role during any designated emergency.

Once the Fire Life Safety Director has implemented the EAP for any of the defined incidents, your immediate action would be to open the app, access the main menu, then access the Incident Actions.

From there, open the specific incident as announced by your Fire Life Safety Director, then access your Staff Role assignment.

In that section are the steps and/or actions that you should take and the order in which they should be executed.

Follow those action steps, along with any other instructions given by your Fire Life Safety Director, who is the sole person in charge whenever an EAP has been implemented.

Also, aid and assist any First Responders or personnel from the FDNY, or NYPD.
