SUBMITTING A HELP TICKET

Each Property Manager has a preconfigured user account in the CROKER SUPPORT CENTER.

If it is necessary to submit a Support Ticket, the Property Manager should log in and create a Support Ticket, defining the issue.

Staff at the CROKER SUPPORT CENTER will respond to the Support Ticket as soon as possible and assist in resolving the issue.
